Just beautiful. So spectacular. The walk is longish but not heaps hard and would be fine for lots of people, I recommend taking some food along for a leisurely snack.

Walking clockwise around this 6klm Circuit has to be one of the best walks anywhere. It is an easy walk around a pristine lake with great views from Glacier Rock, all the while the towering spires of Cradle Mountain loom above. It is a photographers dream, not to mention the iconic Boat Shed. The track is very well laid out, much of it on boardwalk, a few uphill sections but easily achievable in about 2 hours.

This is a great walk for anyone to do. there are plenty of opportunities to get some great photos. I suggest taking the walk in an anti-clockwise direction due to some of the stairs you have to climb .. its a lot easier going up them than down them. you should head to the boat shed first rather than head to Glacier rock. don't forget to take some water with you & stop plenty of time to admire the scenery. This is well worth the trip.

What more to say that it’s one of the best short/medium walks in the world
