Awesome view. Trek via Dove lake circuit was tough. Very steep track but worth the climb.

Marions Lookout is an extension of the Crater Lake walk with the last section very steep. Allow 3 - 4 hours for the return walk. The reward (views and feeling of accomplishment) certainly outweigh the effort and time to make the climb. Great photo opportunities and vistas of Cradle Mountain, Dove Lake, Crater Lake and further afield. Walkers need to take water and clothing to suit changeable weather and track conditions.

Easy to medium hiking route. I saw a few elderly couples with their camera were returning Marion lookout. It should be manageable. The View amazes us! Worth the hike

Unusual and amazing conditions. Temperatures around 13degrees and snow in the upper reaches. A brisk walk with good sturdy walkways, cool clean air, magnificent and multispring flowers. A jewel of Tasmania.

Beautiful walk up. Wear sun screen as a lot of it is exposed.
